（维权网信息中心报道）2018年12月31日，本网获悉：上海维权人士丁菊英、倪明其（丁菊英的丈夫）、连秋芳、洪仙华、高复兴、崔群等冒着寒风坚守北京数天,揭露中国国务院新闻办公室于2018年12月12日发布的《改革开放40年中国人权事业的发展进步》白皮书的内容是属于欺骗全世界的。

白皮书中称：“……人民生活水平不断提高……。”但是在改革开放中遭遇房子强拆、土地被掠夺的丁菊英等上海维权人士在今天2018年最后一天站在北京街头呼喊：“停止欺骗！还我房子！”

他们妻离子散、无家可归地流浪在首都北京的马路上，遭到警察劫持。因多年来上海地方三级政府、三级法院不作为乱作为。不但不解决问题，反而使他们与千千万万冤民一样冤上加冤。其中丁菊英因上访被20多次拘留，400多次关黑监狱。

丁菊英、倪明其、连秋芳、洪仙华、高复兴、崔群请求国际社会和国际人权组织关注，愿意接受外媒采访。
