（维权网信息中心报道）2019年1月1日，本网获悉：网络图片“秋雨图说”作者上海公民唐燕涛（网名:唐唐）已取保获释。

唐燕涛，上海网民。唐燕涛是制作网络图片“秋雨图说”揭露社会黑暗面而遭到中共的抓捕。唐燕涛因言获罪被上海市公安局宝山分局于2018年9月29日刑事拘留，后被逮捕判刑。唐燕涛一直被羁押在上海市宝山区看守所。

唐燕涛在宝山区看守所被警察提审时曾遭到诱供。警察问:“你这样做的目的是什么？”并且警察承诺说:“早点说出来早点放你回去。”唐燕涛希望自己能早点获得释放回家照顾孩子且听信了警察的承诺，想不到受骗上当，她痛哭流涕。

自从唐燕涛被刑事拘留后，她正在读书的孩子生活困难。唐燕涛的前夫是三级伤残，无法给孩子提供生活费。2019年1月1日才获悉，其已取保候审获释。
