（维权网信息中心报道）2019年4月5日，本网获悉：律师于2019年4月4日会见了戈觉平，这一天距离2016年11月4日戈觉平被失去自由刚好满29个月。

2019年3月19日，庭前会议结束，至今已有半月，法庭尚未通知开庭。法庭曾通知律师3月26日开庭，但不知道因何原因取消了。

自2018年4月16日检察院起诉到苏州市中级人民法院，再过十二天就满一年了。《刑事诉讼法》二百零二条规定，法院审理公诉案件，应当在受理后二个月以内宣判，至迟不得超过三个月。家属和律师都没有收到过法庭任何延长事由的告知。都说程序正义是实体正义的前提，一个不遵守刑诉法程序规定的法庭，又如何能公正审判？

戈觉平是个癌症患者，健康状况一直令人担忧。律师说戈觉平脸色苍白，血压居高不下。听说外面有很多朋友记挂他，等他出来相聚，戈觉平脸上有了难得的笑容。戈觉平说他不一一致谢了，请帮他笼统的一并致谢，感谢外面所有关心他的朋友。
