（维权网信息中心报道）2019年4月13日，本网获悉：河南省安阳市文峰区中华路街道任家庄农民梁永民承包了二块地。一块在文明大道高速公路口西南面，计一亩二分地；另一块在路北，计一亩八分。梁永民在该土地上种植了樟木树、苹果树和药材树八百余棵。

2019年4月12日上午八点半许，安阳市文峰区中华路街道办事处、城管、保安等一、二百人，开着挖掘机将梁永民在承包地上多年苦心经营的樟木树、苹果树和药材树等八百余棵树木连根挖出，装车拉走，没有给任何补偿。另外，还有几十辆标有“文峰区巡防”的车辆停在路边待命，声势浩大。

梁永民家属向森林公安机关报警。森林警察赶到现场，拍照取证，并作了笔录。下午，森林警察到中华路街道继续了解情况。

农民梁永民损失巨大，当地政府不予理睬。梁永民叫苦不迭。
