2010年12月3日，内蒙古呼和浩特公安局赛罕分局副局长张涛亲自出面，以涉嫌“非法经营”为名把我抓进看守所之后，又于2010年12月5日诬陷我儿子威勒斯“非法持有毒品”，也把他抓起关进看守所。至今冤屈难伸！既然如此，儿子出国寻找出路吧。结果又被以“危害国家安全”为借口不许离境。

2010年12月1日，哈达因民族问题被重判。坐够15年牢后，刑满不释放，被关进呼和浩特东郊的一所黑监狱里，又被非法拘禁四年！现在，他仍处于软禁状态，不许外人靠近。

2019年4月1日，多年尾随跟踪我的内蒙古便衣国保，因我对其紧紧尾随提出抗议并拍照取证，便在光天化日之下抢我手机并狠狠地摔到水泥地面，我的手机立刻被摔得粉碎！有视频为证。但内蒙古警方装聋作哑至今！

以前，还只是判哈达一人。 2010 年以后，变本加厉一家三口均被抓起判刑！九年过去了, 内蒙古官场也多次“墙头变换大王旗” ，为何不见有人出来主持公道？！手拍胸膛想一想，难道你们的良心都喂了狼？！

内蒙古原公安厅副厅长赵黎平因一手主持抓捕哈达等蒙古族知识份子的“101案”而“血染顶珠红”得到升迁，结果因多行不义得到“现报”，被上天收走！你们这些后来者继续丧尽天良就不怕再遭报应吗？！
