（维权网信息中心报道）2019年4月3日，本网获悉：政治犯、南方街头运动践行者王默刑满出狱。

王默：1972年出生，江苏省淮安市人，网名“菜刀王默”，人称“黑犬”，民间知名新浪微博“转世党”，南方街头运动践行者。

2014年10月3日，因在广州市多地拉横幅声援香港民主抗争、“真普选”，被警方从广州市增城区新塘镇带走，并被以“涉嫌寻衅滋事罪”刑事拘留；

2014年11月17日，被广州市检察院更换罪名，以涉嫌“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”正式批捕，并被羁押于广州市第一看守所。

2015年11月19日其案在广州中院开庭受理，2016年4月8日被广州市中级法院一审判处有期徒刑4年6个月，剥夺政治权利3年。后在广东省韶关市乐昌监狱服刑。刑期至2019年4月2日。
