Huawei Y6p is a budget smartphone that features a 6.3-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display, 8MP selfie camera, and 13MP triple camera system. It runs on EMUI based on Android 10 and powered by Mediatek Helio P22 chipset with an octa-core CPU. It packs large battery capacity of 5000 mAh that supports 10W charging. Huawei Y6p is available in 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM. Huawei Y6p was launched in the Philippines in May 2020.
The Huawei Y6p comes with a triple camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel main shooter, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, that delivers impressive shots with fine detail and clarity. For the selfie camera, there is an 8-megapixel shooter which is augmented with advanced beautification algorithms, offering custom options that help users capture gorgeous selfies. Huawei Y6p boasts of a 6.3-inch HUAWEI Dewdrop Display which makes internet browsing and watching videos more immersive. Its unobtrusive notch suits the front camera while ensuring a minimal visual footprint. Bezels are also made slimmer to make full use of the design and deliver the maximum display area with an 88.4 percent screen-to-body ratio. For its design, the HUAWEI Y6p comes in a streamlined body featuring naturally curved edges and is available in three contemporary and distinct finishes: Midnight Black, Phantom Purple and Emerald Green. When it comes in security, it makes use of face unlock and fingerprint scanner at the back. It is also pre-installed with Huawei's AppGallery. The large 5000mAh battery can support user's daily tasks for several days without frequent charging. The Huawei Y6p can do one these activities with a single charge, 32 hours of video playback, 20 hours of 4G web surfing, 36 hours of 4G calling, or 37 hours of FM radio without earphones. The Mediatek Helio P22 octa-core processor provides all-round performance across productivity and entertainment use cases. It is also equipped with 4GB RAM to support multi-tasking demands and includes 64GB of internal storage for media and apps. For connectivity, it supports 4G LTE.
