Genshin Impact will be launching in the Epic Games Store on June 9, 2021, announced developer miHoYo. This launch coincides with the upcoming Genshin Impact 1.6 Update, which will be available concurrently with the Epic Games Store release.

To assist players in preparing for their new journey through the vast world of Teyvat, the developers have provided an in-game redemption code that comes with a "free bonus bundle." The code is "GenshinEpic," which will be active for a limited time on June 9. It is unknown whether or not this code will work for all players or just new ones. Additionally, until June 9, the rewards included in the bundle are unknown.

Players of Genshin Impact who choose to play on the Epic Games Store will be able to co-op with players from PlayStation, Android, iOS, and PC platforms.

Existing players on PC, iOS, and Android may continue the game on these platforms using the same account since Genshin Impact is cross-platform and carries over progression. At the moment, the PlayStation versions are the only ones that do not include cross-platform support.
