A general rule of thumb, if I tell you just to give an idea lower the frequency, meaning higher the wavelenght the less data it will carry, you may have understood that from WiFi example i gave earlier it also means its difficult to block, so submarines and all prefer it , also why 2.4 Ghz wifi is available in more rooms , low frequency many times daily intercourse because can pass long distance so you can pass data over a long distance without anything blocking it, but high frequency on the other hand it can carry huge amounts of data , but equally easy to block take light for example , easy to block with your hand or paper or anything now don't put this logic in everything, mostly from radio visible/UV jusst to simplify what are the 5G frequencies 5G has 3 different bands - High, low , mid mid and low are closer to 5G the real deal is in the high band also refereed to as mm wavelength it is, it can go around 35 GHz or even more depending on country allocation. thats like 3500 crore waves per second imagine how much data it can carry hence it is very easy to block , like your hand is in front of the phone antenna then the mm wave antenna will get blocked hence if you noticed the latest iPhone 12 that rounded rectangle is its mm wave 5g antenna in this place so that your hand does not block some phones there are four or five antennas in the corner of your phone so that your hands can dont block that needs line of site with antenna easy to block work, so whatever people say that this frequency is high and all does not sense because the more frequency the more it is easy to block fun fact the higher your frequency smaller your antenna can be in the case of 5G millimeter wave antenna is very small, like a small bucket companies cant use whatever frequency they want spectrum allocation happens on a national level wifi and other like 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz are unlicensed free bands hence no liscense required a lot of politics happens behind , to know more Powertrain has a nice video on it , you will find it in the description the next big thing is Radiation the kind of thing people blame without knowing much people often confuse radiation with radioactivity radioactivity is different. Not only this, it has happened in 2011 as well ,which was quite before 5g/4G hope scientists find this mysterious behviour just because we dont understand doesnt mean we link it to 5G and hope you understand from my explanation that its quite safe millions and crores of waves have passed through your body, nothing happened to you, then that's it.
