（维权网信息中心报道）本网获悉：2019年1月17日早上，天寒地冻，洛阳市吉利区城乡规划局局长吴京哲与洛阳市吉利区街道办事处领导干部带领公安、城管等一百多人在没有任何合法手续的情况下，由挖掘机开路，浩浩汤汤进入洛阳吉利区东杨村，从早上8点半到下午六点，连续强拆了五家。现场一片狼藉，惨不忍睹！

强拆期间，吉利区政府领导到现场亲自督战，还有救护车、消防车在现场待命。

强拆队打着“为了中关村（洛阳）科技城早日落户洛阳吉利区，打造中原地区最大的新型智慧康养基地”的旗号，蓄意践踏法律，迫不及待地强拆民房。

权春梅、权妞、卢玉柱、权选根等受害人认为，自家的房屋系合法财产，行政机关无权强拆。退一步说，即使是违章建筑，行政机关应当申请法院强拆，其本身无权强拆。行政机关如此践踏法律，何来依法行政？况且，在强拆前，行政机关未履行书面催告、听取当事人意见等义务，违反了《行政强制法》第三十五至三十八条规定，属于程序违法。

年关已近，令人担心的是，无家可归的强拆受害人将如何熬过严冬。
